A package is chosen before anyone looks at your paint. We do it the other way around: a condition assessment comes first, and the treatment list is written from what the numbers show.
Each vehicle is read in the same order, in the same indoor bay, under the same lighting. Clear coat depth is measured at twelve points across the panels, gloss is recorded in units, and every chip, scratch and etched spot is marked on a defect map. Those three readings decide which program applies.
A car that reads 140 µm with light swirl marks does not need the same correction as one at 105 µm with deep scratches. Prescribing from readings is how a paint protection or ceramic coating program stays proportionate to the panel it protects.

03 / Programs
Every program below is prescribed from the assessment readings: clear coat depth at twelve points, gloss units and the defect map. Scope is listed first, limits second, because a protective layer reduces cleaning effort and helps retain gloss but never makes a vehicle immune to damage.
Multi-stage machine correction of the clear coat, panel wipe between passes, and a defect map carried over from the condition report.
Decontamination, one correction pass, then a ceramic layer applied to paint, glass and wheel faces, cured and inspected under lamp.
Template-cut film on impact zones or the full body, wrapped edges where the panel allows, followed by a wet inspection and depth re-reading.
Recurring visits at 0, 6, 12 and 24 months: gloss and depth re-readings, decontamination wash, and top-up of the protective layer recorded in your file.

Published in UAH, materials included. Where a vehicle lands inside a range is decided by the assessment, never by the badge on the bonnet.

04 / Scope
Every treatment we prescribe has a ceiling. It is set by the film thickness still on your panels, by the condition of earlier repairs, and by the way the car is washed after it leaves the studio. These are the limits we state before work starts, not after.

We remove defects only while the remaining film stays inside a safe working range. On a typical factory finish that leaves roughly 8 to 12 µm of film above the base coat. Once a panel reaches that floor, the defect stays. Deeper sanding would trade gloss today for clear coat failure in two or three summers.

A ceramic layer makes washing easier, adds chemical resistance and slows gloss loss. It will not stop a stone chip, a trolley scrape or a key mark. Protective film absorbs more of that impact, but film also tears and its edges and seams stay visible on close inspection.

Refinish and factory paint measure differently, and some repairs hold less film than they should. Any panel reading outside the expected range is flagged in the condition report and excluded from aggressive polishing, even when the client has paid for a full-vehicle program.

Gloss retention is a maintenance question. Brush washes, abrasive towels and long gaps between decontamination will undo a finish faster than any product choice. If the 6 and 12 month intervals in the plan are skipped, the warranty terms no longer apply.
Where a panel cannot be safely corrected, that goes into the written report before you approve a program. Book a condition assessment or read the maintenance plan terms first.
