Terms of Service
Rules for using finvergecapdital.com and its detailing and paint protection services in Ukraine.
1. Seller
finvergecapdital.com, sole proprietor (PE), EDRPOU 82473460, BC "Horizon", Fl. 3, 15 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine; contact@finvergecapdital.com; +380 685 808 5142. Published before ordering per the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 (Art. 7).
2. Booking and prices
These Terms are the public offer; we confirm each order electronically with its scope, price and date (Law No. 675-VIII, Arts. 11–13). Prices are in UAH, taxes included; payment by card or in studio.
3. Cancellation and cooling-off
Cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before your appointment. In distance contracts you may withdraw within 14 days unless the service is fully performed (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023).
4. Guarantees and liability
We state materials, durability and warranty of each coating or film before you order. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, save where the law provides otherwise.
5. Complaints
Write to contact@finvergecapdital.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court (Law No. 3153-IX).
6. Data, cookies and language
Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3627-IX of 30.05.2024 and our Privacy Policy. Cookies and analytics require prior consent (Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16.12.2020, Art. 139). 7. Advertising and changes
Promotional claims are accurate and substantiated (Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996). We may update these Terms; the published version applies.
