Maintenance Plan Terms

A Ukrainian version is provided for consumers (Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII, ст. 25).

1. Trader and contract

These Terms are the public offer; orders are confirmed electronically (Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII, ст. 11–13).

2. Plans and prices

Basic UAH 9,600; Standard UAH 18,000; Extended UAH 30,000, each for 12 months. Prices are in hryvnia, include applicable taxes, and may rise with 30 days' notice.

3. Term and renewal

Plans run 12 months and auto-renew for a further 12 months unless either party gives 30 days' written notice before expiry. Cancel any time by e-mail, effective 30 days after receipt.

4. Refunds and withdrawal

Distance contracts carry a 14-day withdrawal right (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX). Full refund if no work has started; otherwise refunds are pro-rated for unused complete months and paid within 14 days.

5. Warranty and schedule

We perform services with due care and make no unsubstantiated claims (Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР). Defects are fixed within 14 days of notice. Schedule: monthly remote checks, quarterly on-site visits, critical incidents within 8 business hours; third-party changes, misuse and force majeure are excluded.

6. Complaints and rights

Pre-contract information on service, price, terms and guarantees is on request. Complaints: contact@finvergecapdital.com, the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, or a court (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX).

7. Data and cookies

Contact data is processed on consent for order handling (Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 30.05.2024 № 3627-IX). Cookies, analytics and remarketing tags load only after prior informed consent (Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX, ст. 139).
